Artistic swimming (formerly known as synchronised swimming) is a sport that is often misunderstood. It is a difficult sport that requires endurance, flexibility, strength, mental strength, and a lot of determination. The girls have trained flat out since their initial selection in December and have spent most of the school holiday in the pool preparing.
The team had their final four-day training camp at Northwood School before jetting off to Spain on Monday night.
