Beware of SANDF social media recruitment hoax

THE South African National Defence Force (SANDF) is aware of false advertisements for the recruitment of new member for Military Skills Development System (MSDS), being circulated on social media.

The SANDF  warns the public that it has not issued any advertisement with regard to the recruitment of new members yet.

The advertisement for 2018 recruitment will be published in the Sunday newspapers on 21 January and in the Daily Sun newspaper on Monday, 22 January.

The SANDF neither sells application forms nor uses recruitment agencies. For more clarity, the public is invited to contact Lt Colonel Kenanao Lobelo on (012) 339 5626 or Lt Colonel Rudi Oesthuizen on (012) 339 5440.
