Corobrik Orchestra concert entertains

Corobrik Orchestra 2017 was held in Penzance School’s Nkulisa Conference Centre on Sunday. A massed orchestra rehearsal was held at the venue before the orchestra entertained the crowd later in the afternoon. As a curtain-raiser to the main concert, members of Bryan Clark’s Marimba group and Steel Drum players showed their talent to the audience.

Fundraiser pits passion with fashion

Animal RAID hosted its first-ever Pit Passion with Fashion animal fundraiser at Musgrave Methodist Church Hall on Saturday. Featuring pit bulls and other canine power breeds, the Survivor themed fashion show was the first of several fundraising events organised for the purchase of the NPOs planned pro-life animal sanctuary to be based in Waterfall.
